Meet Lexi, our office dog and unofficial “Chief Morale Officer”. Around the office, Lexi is a familiar (and much-loved) presence, brightening the team’s day and reminding us to pause, smile and stay human while we do serious work.
You’ll often spot Lexi “on duty”, popping into the day’s rhythm, sometimes even joining team moments like staff training.
At CWR, we take our work seriously, but we also believe a healthy culture includes warmth, connection, and the small things that make a workplace feel like a community.
